Legal basis of expert work (ZiF)
This course, taught jointly with Prof. Dr. Andreas Roth, covers the legal foundations of forensic expert activities, particularly for non-lawyers. It includes an introduction to the relationship between law and empiricism, followed by blocks on general rules of expert activity and specific rules for criminal law and family law. The course is only offered in the summer semester.
