Introduction to the t.e.a.m.-Programm

The t.e.a.m.-Programm is designed to support women in various qualification phases, offering a coordinated mentoring program, workshops, and networking opportunities. This program is tailored for promovendinnen, postdoktorandinnen, habilitandinnen, and juniorprofessorinnen.

Program Lines

The t.e.a.m.-Programm consists of several program lines, each catering to different groups of participants:

• Mentoring

• Exchange with experts and experienced female scientists

t.e.a.m. basecamp

• Mentoring and impulses for promovendinnen and postdoktorandinnen in coordinated DFG joint projects

t.e.a.m. expats

• Mentoring and networking for promovendinnen and postdoktorandinnen from non-university research institutions
