The Fostering Inclusion and Participation Practices (FIPP) program is an innovative training initiative developed by the La Trobe University Community Children's Centre. The FIPP course consists of six comprehensive modules, which are:

- Module 2: Planning the Environment, Curriculum, and Adult Roles
- Module 3: Learning Through Daily Routines
- Module 4: Supporting Peer Interactions
- Module 5: Understanding and Supporting Behaviour; Part 1
- Module 6: Responding to and Changing Behaviour; Part 2

La Trobe University Community Children's Centre
The La Trobe University Community Children's Centre is a renowned institution in inclusive early education. Certification
Upon completion of the course, participants may receive a certificate of achievement or a digital badge, depending on the assessment involved. The FIPP course is a non-assessed course, and participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Microcredentials and Advanced Standing
The FIPP course is a microcredential that carries academic credit. It may be eligible for consideration as advanced standing (credit) towards a degree. Upon successful completion, participants will earn a digital credential that outlines the skills and credit obtained, and any opportunities for stacking.
