Introduction to the Bachelor of Science Program
The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) program at the University of Guelph offers students access to some of the world's most respected research scientists and educators, as well as outstanding research and teaching facilities. This program challenges students to develop their critical thinking skills, enhance their understanding of the scientific method, and refine their ability to problem solve.
About the B.Sc. Degree Program
The B.Sc. program is offered as a four-year Honours degree (BSCH) or a three-year General (BSCG) degree. The Honours Bachelor of Science program offers 27 different majors to choose from over eight academic semesters. The general program is completed over a minimum of six semesters, with no specific majors or minors.
B.Sc. Academic Counselling Centre
The B.Sc. Academic Counselling Centre is located in Room 1329, Summerlee Science Complex. The office hours are Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to Noon, 1:15 to 4:00 PM, closed over lunch. The office will not open until 10:15 AM each Tuesday.

The B.Sc. degree is an interdisciplinary program supported by five Colleges of the University of Guelph:
