Program Overview


Beer Brewing Classes

The Beer Brewing Classes provide an opportunity to learn about the many aspects of brewing beer on a scale that can be replicated at home. These classes are designed to be hands-on, allowing participants to learn while doing.


Engaging Course Topics

The course topics include:


  • Ingredients and processes needed to make great beer
  • Basics of all-grain brewing equipment and techniques
  • Replicating the brewing process at home

Hands-on Learning

Participants will learn how to brew beer with all necessary materials and instructions provided, allowing them to craft their own beer.


Learn from the Best

The course is taught by Shane Walker, an experienced brewer dedicated to helping participants master the craft and gain a deep understanding of the brewing process.


Course Details

Who is the Course Designed For?

This course is designed for anyone interested in learning how to make their own beer using basic all-grain brewing equipment. It is suitable for beginners with no previous brewing experience.


What is Included in the Fee?

The registration fee includes:


  • One afternoon class from 12:00 to approximately 5:00 PM
  • All materials to brew during class
  • Handouts with instructions and formulation of the beer brewed
  • The participant's own handcrafted beer to collect and take home

Registration Fee

The registration fee is $95, and participants must be 19 or over.
