Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program

The Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology program at the University of Guelph is a research-intensive graduate degree that focuses on the application of psychological principles to improve workplace performance and well-being.

The I-O Psychology MA and PhD program at Guelph forms an integrated graduate degree, and only students interested in completing both the MA and the PhD are encouraged to apply.
