Graduate Profile
A graduate of the Diploma in Public Policy and Program Evaluation, Patrick O'Halloran, was featured in FPA Voices. O'Halloran entered the program after retiring from the Canadian Armed Forces, where he served as an officer in the Armour Corps for thirty-five years. He also holds a PhD in political science from York University and is an adjunct assistant professor at the Royal Military College of Canada. O'Halloran pursued the DPPE to start a second career in policy analysis, utilizing funding from Veteran's Affairs Canada as part of a career transition program.
