The RAISE Citizenship Training Digital Courses are carried out as part of the P4|Basic AI & Robotics Skills at University Level project, developed in the Training program of RAISE Liguria. The project aims to increase awareness and autonomy in the use of advanced digital skills among students and interested citizens.

The goal of the training courses on AI and Robotics is to increase the level of awareness and boost the ability to use advanced digital skills, ensuring the acquisition of sensitivity, culture, and basic skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics.

The course "CYBERSECURITY IN THE REGULATION OF PUBLIC CONTRACTS - RAISE LIGURIA" is an intermediate-level course that provides a general regulatory framework concerning the relationship between public procurement regulations and cybersecurity legislation.
Prerequisites
Completion of the courses "Artificial Intelligence and Administrative Activities" and "Algorithms and Public Administration: Civil Protection" is required.
Teaching Methods
Teaching is provided through interactive videos on the RAISE Aulaweb platform, which can be followed autonomously and in asynchronous mode. The course has a total duration of 25 hours, divided into modules of about 30 minutes.
Syllabus/Content
The course covers the following topics:
- Introduction to the topic of ICT goods procurement by public administrations: objectives and regulatory instruments.
- General regulatory framework on cybersecurity (both supranational and national).
- In-depth analysis of cybersecurity regulations that directly affect public procurement rules.
- Further exploration of the related issue of the cybersecurity of contracting authorities.
- Conclusions regarding the effectiveness, coherence, and future perspectives of the subject matter.

Upon passing the final verification, students receive an Open Badge, which certifies the acquisition of the Training to citizenship competence. UniGe students can obtain the open badge and view the CFU in their career by including the citizenship training course with its code in their study plan.
