This course aims to provide the basis for fire-fighting design criteria in harmony with the criteria of the performance design - Fire Safety Engineering. Particular attention will be devoted to the definition and analysis of the development of fire scenarios.

The oral examination consists in the discussion of a small project of Fire Safety Engineering, prepared by students.
Assessment Methods
The assessment of students' skill is based on their capability of explaining and sustaining the choices they made, in the redaction of the FSE project.
