This subject aims to provide specific knowledge about the digital transition in the Italian Public Administration.

Learning Outcomes
This course provides students with a good knowledge and understanding of strategies, tools, and processes of digitalization in Public Administration.
Aims and Learning Outcomes
Thanks to a solid knowledge of digital services development on a national and local scale, which includes cyber security, students will approach the PA world in its constant digital development with increased awareness.
Teaching Methods
Frontal lessons, at the end of which students will be offered points to explore or open questions to answer autonomously.
Syllabus/Content
- Introduction to digitalization
- Dematerialization of documents and digital preservation (ECM)
- Business process digitalization
- Cybersecurity and privacy (including digital signature, digital identity, and SPID)
- Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies (short introduction)
- Artificial intelligence (short introduction and problems with respect to the public administration)
