Regulations and Contracts

From November 1, 2006, Legislative Decree 368/1999 introduced some innovations regarding medical specialists in training. In compliance with the new regulations, the doctor signs a specific annual contract, called a specialist training contract, which replaces the scholarship regulated by the previous Legislative Decree 257/1991.
