Educational Objectives and Contents

Educational Objectives

  • Acquire knowledge of basic emergency intervention situations and their physiopathological bases.
  • Understand emergency intervention procedures, with particular reference to cardiorespiratory resuscitation techniques.
  • Acquire notions on patient reception and modalities for executing blood and biological material sampling.
  • Know medical-surgical aids and equipment necessary for treating/monitoring the person.
  • Identify the main care needs of the person correlated to the type of alteration in progress.
  • Understand care protocols in emergency/urgency situations.
