Course Description

The course presents the main dermatological pathologies, both inflammatory and tumoral. Of particular interest are the seminar lessons that evaluate some pathologies, especially autoimmune pathologies, from a multidisciplinary point of view.


Course Objectives

  • The module presents the main dermatological pathologies, both inflammatory and tumoral.
  • The student is required to know the cutaneous signs that allow suspecting the clinical diagnosis that will then be confirmed by the dermatologist specialist.
  • The student is also required to suspect the severity of the pathology so that the patient can be sent to a specialist visit as soon as possible.

Examination Methods

  • The profit exam is unique for the integrated teaching.
  • It consists of verifying - through an oral test - the preparation acquired by the student relative to the objectives of the teaching/module.
  • The student must be able to describe with correct terms the cutaneous lesions that characterize a pathology and express themselves in terms of severity, contagiousness, prevention of the pathology.
