The course "Nozioni di Diritto Privato e Agroalimentare" is designed to cover central aspects of private law from the perspective of agro-food law. Key topics include consumer protection, producer responsibility, and contractual relationships within the agro-food supply chain.

Educational Objectives
The primary objective of this module is to provide students with fundamental notions of private law essential for understanding the specific tools that Italian private law offers for consumer protection in the context of agro-food law. The module will have both theoretical and practical-operative parts, allowing students to apply the concepts learned by analyzing case studies in the field.

The specific objective is to acquire fundamental private law notions to comprehend and utilize some normative and legal tools, as well as techniques of reasoning, of Italian private law. This will be achieved through a combination of theoretical learning and practical application, analyzing selected case studies.
