Educational Objectives
The program aims to provide students with the following knowledge and skills:
- Acquire fundamental notions of articular mechanics and the forces acting on it
- Acquire basic knowledge of kinesiology to understand human motor functions and the necessary competencies for kinesiological evaluation
- Analyze posture, postural transitions, and functional activities
- Understand the use of technological tools in relation to posture, gait, and functional assessments
- Perform basic maneuvers of massage therapy and kinesiotherapy
- Know the specific competencies of the physiotherapist profession and the meaning of rehabilitation and ICF
