BSc Construction Management

Flexible Course Options

The course offers a successful placement scheme, which establishes a balance between outstanding academic achievements and relevant industrial experience. Students can carry out a paid industrial training placement between their second and final year.

Scholarships

Students joining the BSc Construction Management course in 2026 may be eligible for an annual Ł1,000 scholarship for each of the three years of the undergraduate degree.

• A Level: BBB
• International Baccalaureate: 30 points overall
• Extended Project Qualification: In recognition of the excellent preparation that the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) provides to students for University study
• BTEC National Diploma: DDM
• English language requirements: IELTS 6.5, with no component below 5.5

Fees

• New UK/Republic of Ireland students: Ł9,790 (2026 entry)
• New international students: Ł30,650 (2026/27)
