BSc Construction Management and Surveying with International Foundation
The BSc Construction Management and Surveying with International Foundation Year course is designed to prepare international students for a successful career in a management position within the construction sector. This four-year program enables students to undertake an undergraduate construction management and surveying degree after completing a foundation year.
Overview
The program is designed for international students who want to study construction and surveying at a British university but don't have the correct qualifications. The foundation year equips students with the subject-specific and general study skills needed to cope with the demands of undergraduate study.
Entry Requirements
- A Level: See entry requirements
- AS and A Levels: 72 UCAS tariff points
- International Baccalaureate: 24 points from the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme or International Baccalaureate Certificate
- GCSE: Grades 9–4 (A*–C) in five subjects, or equivalent qualifications
- IELTS: A minimum overall score of 5.5 in IELTS, with no component below 5.5

Fees
- New UK/Republic of Ireland students: £9,535 per year for 2025/26, then fixed per year at this fee for the standard duration of bachelor's level study
- New international students: £22,500 per year for 2025/26, then rising to £29,950 per year for the standard duration of bachelor's level study
Careers
After graduation, students will be well-placed to move into careers such as construction, contracting, or site, property, or project management. Alternatively, they can choose to move on to postgraduate study. Overall, 98% of graduates from Construction Management and Engineering are in work or further study within 15 months of graduation.
