The single-honours courses have full accreditation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), providing a high-quality degree and a direct route into the property and planning professions. Employers of graduates include real estate advisers, property developers, planning consultancies, and financial institutions. According to the Graduate Outcomes Survey 2022/23, 95% of Real Estate and Planning students are in work and/or further study 15 months after the end of their course.
