Programme Description

The Part-time Business Administration programme is for (prospective) managers, directors, administrators, and other professionals with ambition. Whether working for a commercial company, a non-profit organisation, or the government, this programme equips participants with the necessary business knowledge.

Teaching Method

The programme utilises a strongly case-oriented teaching method, where theory is applied to concrete practical problems, sometimes introduced by participants themselves. The teaching is small-scale to maximise the advantage of each other's input and experience. Sessions take place every other week on Thursday afternoons and evenings, making it easy to combine the programme with work.

Programme Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the Part-time Programme in Business Administration, participants will have acquired up-to-date business knowledge that can be put to immediate use, as well as a valuable network of business experts. As an alumnus of Maastricht University, participants can also take part in various activities to continue developing themselves as business experts after graduation.

Certificate

Upon completion, participants will be awarded a UMIO | Maastricht University degree. This degree is not a bachelor's or master's degree, as the number of credits earned during this programme does not meet the requirements for such degrees.
