Program Overview
The Moving the Migration Policy Agenda Forward (MMPAF) is a series of tutor-led online courses designed for government officials working in migration or asylum, as well as practitioners and students interested in managing migration and asylum policies.
Course Details
The courses included in MMPAF this year are:
- Diaspora Engagement
- Migration and Development
- Irregular Migration
- Migration Policy Coherence Each course runs for one week on a full-time basis.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Be fluent in spoken and written English
- Hold a minimum Bachelor's university degree
- Be sufficiently confident in computer skills to follow an education programme online
- Work as government officials in the field of migration and/or asylum in the countries of the EU Neighbourhood, Eastern Partnership, Africa, and South Asia
- Have full and written support from their employers stating that the applicant will not be expected to carry out their work duties for the duration of the MMPAF
