Course Description

Working within spatial planning law and wanting to stay up-to-date with the latest developments? This course is the opportunity to deepen your knowledge. Under the guidance of renowned specialists Prof. Dr. Tonny Nijmeijer and Mr. Jeroen Huijben, you will gain insight into the current state of affairs in legislation and jurisprudence within environmental law.

What You Will Learn

During this intensive one-day course, we will discuss the most important changes brought about by the introduction of the Environmental Act, including the first practical experiences. Where relevant, aspects of general administrative law are also included. Thanks to the interactive working method, there is ample room for dialogue and knowledge sharing with both the teachers and other participants.

After completing the course, you will have a current and practically applicable overview of the relevant legal developments within environmental law.
