Introduction to Auburn University's Career Services

Auburn University offers a comprehensive career services program designed to support students in their career development and job search. The program includes a range of resources and services, such as career counseling, resume building, and job search assistance.


Career Discovery and Success

The Career Discovery and Success team provides students with the tools and resources they need to explore their career options and achieve their career goals. The team offers one-on-one career counseling, career assessments, and job search strategies.


Exploration Center

The Exploration Center is a resource available to students who are unsure about their career path. The center provides career assessments, job shadowing opportunities, and career counseling to help students explore their career options.


Campus Career Closet

The Campus Career Closet is a resource that provides students with professional attire for job interviews and other career-related events. The closet is available by appointment only and offers a range of clothing and accessories for both men and women.


Career Strategy and Employer Relations

The Career Strategy and Employer Relations team works with employers to develop job opportunities for Auburn University students. The team also provides students with job search strategies and resources, such as resume building and interview preparation.


Employer Relations

The Employer Relations team builds relationships with employers to develop job opportunities for Auburn University students. The team also provides employers with information about the university's career services and how to recruit Auburn students.


Operations Team

The Operations Team provides administrative support for the career services program. The team is responsible for managing the career services budget, coordinating career events, and maintaining the career services website.


Career Service Hours

The career services program is available to students Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 4:45 pm. Career counseling appointments are available every day of the week, and the Campus Career Closet is available by appointment only.


Virtual After Hours

The career services program also offers virtual after-hours support on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Students can access career counseling and job search resources via Zoom during these hours.
