The Art History, B.F.A. program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of art history and its various aspects. The program consists of a series of courses and requirements that students must complete to graduate.

General Degree Requirements

• English Literature Requirement (3 hours)

• FAAH 2090: Indigenous Peoples' Art History (3 hours)
• 9 credit hours of 1000 level STDO courses (9 hours)
• 6 credit hours of Academic Electives or STDO courses (6 hours)
• 12 credit hours of 2000 level Art History Electives (12 hours) Total hours: 30

Year 3

• FAAH 3212: Introduction to The Theory of Art (3 hours)
• 9 credit hours of 1000 level STDO courses (9 hours)
