Planning and Monitoring Course
Course Description
This course focuses on Business Analysis (BA) practices associated with planning and monitoring. It defines stakeholder roles and responsibilities, as well as how to effectively communicate with stakeholders. In addition to covering how to develop budgets and financial analyses, the course examines broader strategies of resource allocation. Further topics include determining necessary deliverables; how to approach, trace, and prioritize requirements; and adopting metrics for monitoring and assessment.
