The Studio Kreuzberg program focuses on urban large-scale housing, specifically designing appealing and affordable living spaces. The program is set in an industrial site adjacent to a historical neighborhood and near a large urban park.


Program Description

The program explores the modernist project of housing, considering how to design places to live that are both appealing and affordable. It acknowledges the urgent need for housing solutions, citing the goal of building three million new housing units in America over the next four years, as well as similar needs in Germany.
