Program Overview

The Glami Lemi Biotechnology Research Centre (PPBGL) organized a training program titled "Latihan Pengurusan dan Pembiakbakaan Ruminan Kecil (LPPRK) Siri 2/2023" in collaboration with the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS). The program took place on October 28th and 29th, 2023.

Program Details

• The program saw the participation of around 40 attendees, including local farmers and students from the University of Malaya.
• UM Plantation Sdn Bhd. and Koperasi Pendidikan Usahawan Berhad (KEKAL) played pivotal roles in ensuring the success of this program.
• Participants were introduced to the methods of Assisted Reproduction Technologies (ARTs) and participated in a "Universiti Malaya Small Ruminants Seminar."
• The seminar, led by veterinarian doctors, industry experts, and University of Malaya lecturers, provided valuable insights and knowledge on small-ruminant management and reproduction.
