General Programme Information

The Bachelor of Japanese Language and Linguistics programme aims to produce graduates who master language and linguistics, especially in the field of Japanese language. These graduates will be capable and competitive in their careers, responsible to society with ethical values, and possess skills in leadership, critical thinking, information management, and entrepreneurial management. Upon completion of 125 credits of studies, students are awarded the Bachelor of Japanese Language and Linguistics.

Entry Requirements

Intake Schedule

The programme has one intake per academic session, which is in October. The application deadlines vary by session and are as follows:

1. Applications for Semester 1 (October Intake), Session 2025/2026, are closed.
2. Application for Semester 1, Session 2024/2025, is currently open.
