Bachelor of Counselling
Background
The programme commenced in 1997 with the aim to provide education and professional training for those who aspire to become certified, highly trained, and competent counselors. A comprehensive curriculum was developed for this programme to ensure it fulfills and caters to the demand of the industry and community. The programme is accredited by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA/SWA11276) and fulfills the requirement standards established by the Malaysian Board of Counsellors (Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia), which is the Malaysian professional counselling body.
Career Prospects
Graduates completing this programme are eligible to apply for registration with the Malaysian Board of Counsellors (Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia). Other prospects include:
