The Master's program in Procurement Management. Institution
The Master's program is established at the Department of Economics and Finance of the University of Rome Tor Vergata, in collaboration with the Department of Law and the Department of Business Engineering "Mario Lucertini", with the support of the School for Distance Learning IAD.
Objectives
The Master's program aims to:
- Create professional profiles capable of operating in the "Procurement Management" area, both in the public and private sectors.
- Enrich the professional profiles of experts in "Procurement Management".
- Provide opportunities for professional growth to young and motivated individuals.
- Develop advanced managerial skills with multidisciplinary competencies (managerial, ethical, legal, computer, organizational, and strategic), forming profiles capable of solving problems in highly dynamic contexts.
Admission Requirements
Admission to the Master's program is subject to the possession of a specialized or master's degree or an equivalent foreign title, as well as a positive evaluation of the candidate's curriculum by the College of Teachers and, if necessary, a passing score on an assessment interview. Given the highly interdisciplinary competencies required to operate in the field of Procurement, access to the Master's program is possible with different basic competencies that will be integrated with the various teachings.
Evaluation Criteria
The Council of the Department, upon proposal by the College of Teachers, evaluates the equivalence of titles obtained abroad for the purpose of enrollment in the Master's program.
Single Modules
It is also possible to enroll in individual modules, subject to the existence of the requirements required for enrollment in the entire Master's program.
Auditors
Upon deliberation by the College of Teachers, auditors may be admitted to attend the Master's program and individual modules, up to a percentage of 20% of the participants.
