Program Overview

The Banca d'Italia offers a research training program, providing 12 research grants to be used within the Department of Economics and Statistics. The program aims to support participants in making professional choices through concrete research and analysis experience within a central bank, as well as acquiring related technical skills.

Eligibility Criteria

To participate, candidates must:

• Have a master's degree from an Italian university with a grade of at least 105/110
• Be under 30 years old
• Have a degree in economics, statistics, data science, computer engineering, mathematics, or physics

Program Details

• The grants are for a duration of 6 months, renewable for up to an additional 6 months
• Participants will receive a monthly allowance of 1,100 euros (gross), with an additional 800 euros per month for those not residing in the province
• The program does not lead to employment
