Scuderia Ferrari F1 Engineering Academy 2023

The Scuderia Ferrari F1 Academy 2023 is a program aimed at the best engineering graduates and undergraduates from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" and other partner universities.

Objective

The objective of the program is to welcome the best new graduates and/or master's degree holders who will graduate by September 2023 in engineering disciplines such as mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics, materials, aerospace, management, and other related fields.

Program Details

The selected students/graduates will be inserted into a 6-month internship program starting in September 2023.

Admission Criteria

The admission criteria include:

• Achievement of a Master's degree/PhD in the previous 6 months or by September 2023
• Achievement of a Master's degree/PhD with excellent grades (105-110L)
• Excellent level of English (B2 or higher), with knowledge of another language being a plus
• Previous internship experience (in the racing/innovation/motorsports/Formula-Student, Formula SAE field) is a plus
• Previous internship/study experience abroad is a plus

Selection Process

The selection process includes:

• Receipt of CVs and motivation letters (mentioning the date of availability) by April 11, 2023
• Selection based on the above criteria
• Online aptitude test (April 14-21)
• Individual telephone interview for candidates who pass the test
• Online assessment center (May 22 or 23)
• Final interview with the area manager for candidates who pass the online assessment center
• Candidates who pass the final interview will form the new class of Ferrari F1 Engineering Academy in late September 2023
