The Doctorate of National Interest (DIN) in Motor and Sport Sciences is a three-year doctoral program that aims to contribute significantly to the scientific growth of the field of Motor Sciences. Program Structure

  • Basic Mechanisms: Sports Performance and Injury Prevention
  • Sports Development Programs, Evaluation, Management, and Performance Models
  • Basic Mechanisms and Exercise-Related Modifications
  • Physical Intervention Programs for Exercise-Sensitive Pathologies
  • Prevention programs for non-communicable diseases and sedentary lifestyle
  • Innovative Teaching Methods for Motor and Sports Activities
• The program includes a period of study abroad, lasting at least six months, at qualified universities and research centers, to consolidate and enhance research skills and knowledge.

Admission Criteria

• The selection process involves the evaluation of candidates' qualifications and an oral examination.
• Each participating university offers one or more research titles, closely related to the program's themes, from which candidates can choose.
