Program Overview

The "Ideare e organizzare eventi Live" program is a mixed-mode (both in-person and online) PCTO that aims to provide participants with the necessary tools to conceive and organize live events, as well as to have an interactive role within them, either as participants or organizers. This program allows for an in-depth exploration of the world of corporate, public, and entertainment events, from concept ideation to economic, logistical, and communication feasibility, and finally to their execution and evaluation.

Program Objectives

The program focuses on providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the event organization process, including:

• Ideation and concept development
• Economic and logistical feasibility
• Communication strategies
• Event execution and evaluation

Participant Selection

The most suitable participants may be selected to become moderators and part of the team for six roundtable discussions within the FUTURE SIGHT framework.
