Objectives
The program aims to train advanced technical personnel capable of solving problems that arise during the recording and post-production phases of sound sources for various artistic and technical uses. The professional figure to be trained is a "Sound Engineer" with adequate skills for the phases of recording, processing, and post-production at an engineering level, and in the entertainment industry in general.
Target Audience
The Master's program is intended for graduates (new or old system) in technical, scientific, and literary disciplines, as well as diploma holders from Music Conservatories who wish to pursue the activity of sound engineer (provided they have a high school diploma), and sound technicians who want to deepen issues of interest in their professional field (provided they have any degree).
Admission Requirements
- Eligible degrees for admission to the Master's program are old and new system degrees, as well as diplomas obtained from Music Conservatories (provided they are accompanied by a high school diploma).
- For the selection of participants, a admission interview may be required, according to the criteria established in the call, if deemed necessary by the College of Teachers (in case of very different SSD from the main lines of teaching with no proven experience in the sector).
- The breadth of degrees considered suitable for the Master's program derives from the strong interaction between the technical and artistic-creative parts.
