The program aims to develop a solid understanding of the analytical, qualitative, and quantitative tools necessary for the regulation and management of economic and social systems, while deepening the principles of constitutional and administrative law, with particular attention to public contracts, e-procurement, and the regulation of independent authorities.

The program lasts for approximately one year, with lessons starting on April 10, 2026, and ending in April 2027.
Admission Requirements
Access to the Master's program is reserved for students in possession of a four-year or five-year degree from the old system or a specialist or master's degree. Preference will be given to graduates in Law, Engineering, and Economics. Enrollment is incompatible with concurrent enrollment in another course of study.
Tuition Fees
The participation fee is 2,900, which can be paid in installments. Additional costs include 130 for the diploma and 16 for the stamp duty. The fee for a single course is 900 (for 3 CFU courses) or 1,600 (for 6 CFU courses). A supplement of 800 per year is required for the second and third years. Possible reductions for multiple enrollments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a disability of 66% or more, a reduced fee is provided.
Faculty and Staff
The program is coordinated by Prof. Nathan Levialdi Ghiron, with Prof. Luigi Tiburzi serving as vice-coordinator. The teaching staff includes professors from the Department of Business Engineering "Mario Lucertini" and other universities.
Evaluation and Assessment
Each module of the Master's program includes a final exam to assess the candidates' preparation. A final thesis is also required at the end of the program.
