Introduction to University Program

The university program offers three types of assistantship programs, including the French assistantship program, the assistantship program in the United States, and the program with Wellesley College.

Program Description

The role of the assistant is to improve students' communication skills, particularly oral, and to deepen their knowledge of French civilization and culture. They work in support of the French teachers and can work with the whole class in their presence or with small groups of students on their own.

French Assistantship Program

This program is aimed at students intending to pursue a career in teaching, who hold a Licence 2 or even a Licence 3 at the time of application. A background in FLE is particularly appreciated, and preference is given to first-time applicants.
