Program Overview

Master Econométrie, Statistiques

The Master's program in Econométrie, Statistiques is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in economics, econometrics, statistics, and Data Science. The program aims to equip students with the theoretical and practical tools necessary to analyze contemporary economic problems and make informed decisions in the fields of business and administration.

Objectives

The first year of the program focuses on establishing a strong base in economics, econometrics, statistics, and Data Science. The second year offers two specializations: Économétrie Data Science (EDS) and Recherche. Graduates of the Recherche specialization will acquire in-depth expertise in research and data analysis, while those in the EDS specialization will possess practical skills to solve economic and statistical problems in a professional context.

Target Audience

This Master's program is intended for students seeking to deepen their knowledge in econometrics and statistics for professional integration at the Bac+5 level or for further studies in a doctoral program. The target audience includes students who have obtained a degree in economics or a similar field, applied mathematics, MIASHS, or social sciences with a quantitative orientation and economics courses.

Admission Requirements

Admission is recommended for the M1 level and is also possible for the M2 level. All students must submit an application dossier, which will be reviewed by the pedagogical commission of the faculty of economics and management.
