FLE Teacher Training Courses

The Service Universitaire des Langues offers training courses for teachers of French, in France and/or abroad, wishing to take part in a professionalization process.


SUPFLES Summer University 2026

Every year in July, the University of Aix-Marseille welcomes a small group of teachers of French abroad, eager to share their teaching practices in Provence. The main theme of SUPFLES is creativity in teaching French as a foreign language. In 2026, the summer university will focus on "Literature, arts and orality".

  • Dates: From July 06 to July 17, 2026, in person.
  • Registration: From March 02 to June 01, 2026.

To validate registration, payment must reach SUL by June 6 at the latest.


Public

  • 15 trainees maximum.
  • Teachers of FLE or FLS outside France, whether in a primary, secondary, university, institutional, associative, or private teaching context.
  • Master's students in FLE didactics or, failing that, proven experience of teaching FLE internationally.
  • A C1 level in French is required to follow the training in good conditions.

Organization

  • 40 hours of training.
  • Program and detailed brochure available.

How to Register

  • Fill in the registration form and send it to the indicated email address.
  • Pay by bank transfer.
  • Send the registration form and proof of payment to the indicated email address.

Other Information

  • The course fee does not include accommodation.
  • For European colleagues and nationals of eligible countries, courses can be financed by the ERASMUS + program. Deadline: March 26, 2026.
