Introduction to the Professional License in Real Estate Activities
The Professional License in Real Estate Activities is designed to specialize and professionalize students, enabling them to access responsible positions in various real estate sectors. Objectives
The primary objective of this license is to equip students with the necessary skills to become specialists in the real estate industry. Upon completion, students can pursue careers as property managers, real estate agents, promoters, or experts in real estate. The program is tailored to meet the needs of students from diverse backgrounds, including those with a BTS in Real Estate Negotiation or Professions, IUT, or those seeking a career change.

Formation and Research
Students are introduced to research through the writing of a thesis on a topic of their choice, related to their professional project and internship. They also participate in the annual colloquium organized by the GREDIAUC (Group of Research and Study of Real Estate Law, Planning, Urban Planning, and Construction).
Competences to Acquire
The training allows students to acquire professional skills, enabling them to access management positions in the real estate profession. It offers, through the diversity of taught modules, the necessary knowledge for good technical skills and perfect autonomy in the fields of real estate transactions and management, co-ownership, and the design and marketing of real estate programs. Graduates will be able to:
- Evaluate public and territorial collective real estate activities
- Conduct real estate appraisals
- Search for and estimate properties for sale or rent and ensure their commercial promotion
- Decide on real estate programs and achievements based on opportunities and the needs of a potential clientele
- Coordinate or supervise different operations for realization
- Organize and lead a team's work
- Know the methods of evaluating and diagnosing buildings
- Analyze and process files related to design, real estate transactions, and management operations
- Master the organization and functioning of co-ownership and exercise the functions of a co-ownership trustee
- Measure the impact of information and advisory obligations of real estate agents, merchants, or professionals
- Design and carry out real estate operations, promotions, or marketing in property sales
Internships and Supervised Projects
- Alternating Internship: 11 months in a company, leading to an activity report and a defense in front of a jury
- Initial Training Internship: 420 hours, resulting in a written work on practices related to real estate and a defense in front of a jury
- Supervised Project: 150 hours, leading to the writing of a thesis and a defense in front of a jury
Pedagogical Modalities
The training takes place in the premises of the Law Faculty at 3 Avenue Robert Schuman in Aix-en-Provence. The teachings are held from September to July, one day a week, and four days in the company (for alternation). The mandatory internship takes place from September to July.
