The Master Droit des Affaires - Parcours Droit des Transports Internationaux et de la Supply Chain is a program created in 2005 to form versatile executives skilled in law, management, and service activities in the transport sector. Formation and Research

The program is linked to the Pôle Transports (CDMT and IFURTA) of the Faculté de Droit et de Science Politique, which animates and coordinates the team of maritime, air, and transport law of the Centre de Droit Économique (EA n° 4224, AMU). The program perpetuates the tradition of research in maritime law at the Faculté de Droit d'Aix-en-Provence, with a strong emphasis on documentation, memoirs, and student participation in colloquia organized by the Pôle Transports.

  • Ability to advise companies on negotiation and drafting of contracts with different actors in the transport chain
  • Ability to advise companies on social regulation of transporters
  • Ability to elaborate procedures for different agents in the transport chain to respect legal and contractual prescriptions
  • Ability to conduct an innovative approach taking into account the complexity of a situation using incomplete or contradictory information
  • Ability to conduct a project (conception, piloting, implementation, management, evaluation, and diffusion) mobilizing multidisciplinary knowledge

Pedagogical Modalities

The formation alternates between theoretical and practical teachings. Practical teachings are dispensed by high-level professionals in the terrestrial sector. Some courses are taught in English.
