Administrative registration procedure

The procedure for administrative registration for the 3rd cycle of medical studies (internship) is as follows:

• Non-military interns
• Military interns

Registration dates

The registration dates are from September 15 to November 15, 2025.

Supporting documents for the file

The following documents are required for the application:

• Registration form for new interns never registered at AMU
• Information sheet for the re-registration of military interns and MGs in the thesis year
• Certificate of payment of the student and campus life contribution (CVEC)
• Copy of a valid official identity document
• First registration in DES: 1 standard format ID photo for the student card
• Re-registration: your student card for updating
• Registration by mail: 1 unfranked envelope without header addressed to your personal address

Composition of the file

The application folder should include:

• Research year - Registration form
• 1 document containing the student’s contact details
• 1 resume
• The research project
• Contact details and curriculum vitae of the research director

Payment of the CVEC contribution

The contribution to the student life and campus (CVEC) is mandatory before any initial registration.

Tuition

The tuition fees are as follows:

• Student and campus life contribution (CVEC): €103
• DES tuition fees: €525
• Thesis year: €397 The payment of registration fees can be made on site (CB or check) or by mail (check) to the tuition service.

Regulations

The regulation regarding tuition fees is as follows:
