Sandbox: Aid for Input and Visualization of Training
To be visible in the sandbox, a training must have:
- Its cost calculation or estimation performed successfully.
- Contributions entered at least in:
- The "Descriptions" tab, in the "Objectives" field,
- And in the "Content" tab, in the "Knowledge" or "Skills" field. If a training has several defined course types, only the courses that are contributed will be displayed. All trainings, including "sandboxes", that meet the listed constraints will be displayed, regardless of the state of the training (validated or not) or their publication flags... Do not be surprised to see catalogs and/or their UE appear in the search results of the Sandbox... (But it is true that "sandboxes" should not appear in the production site's training offer presentation...) In the "Advanced Search", check the box "Extend the search to teachings / display the corresponding teachings in the trainings" to display the search result on the UE:
- In the training description, and
- In the teaching table...
