Introduction to the Double License in Law and Letters

The Double License in Law and Letters is a comprehensive program designed to provide students with a solid foundation in both law and literature. This unique program combines the study of law with the study of letters, allowing students to develop a deep understanding of the legal system and its relationship to literature and society.

Objectives

The objective of this double license is to provide students with a broad cultural background, enabling them to benefit from a solid legal education rooted in the humanities. Upon completion of the program, students will be well-prepared to pursue a master's degree in law or literature, as well as careers in fields such as law, publishing, journalism, and research.

Conditions of Admission

Admission to the Double License in Law and Letters program is subject to the following conditions:

• Candidates must be admitted to the program through the Parcoursup platform.
• Students must register with the Faculty of Law and Political Science (FDSP) and the School of Arts, Letters, and Languages (ALLSH).
• Students are required to pay tuition fees to both the FDSP and ALLSH.

The total volume of the program is 1819 hours, with 1427 hours dedicated to the double license in law and letters.
