The Licence Professionnelle Métiers du Notariat is a professional degree program offered by the Faculté de Droit et de Science Politique (FDSP) at Aix-Marseille Université. The program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the notarial profession and prepare them for a career as a formaliste.

Objectives

The program aims to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to work as a formaliste in a notarial office. The formaliste is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the notary's acts, verifying the content of acts, and performing formalities such as depositing acts with the relevant authorities.

Target Audience

The program is designed for students who have completed a BTS PI, notariat, IUT GEA, or Carrières juridiques and L2 droit.

Admission Criteria

Admission to the program is based on a selection process that includes a review of the applicant's dossier and an audition.

Program Structure

The program consists of 60 credits and is offered in a work-study format (Formation en Alternance) or as a continuing education program (Formation Continue). The program is divided into two semesters, each lasting 30 credits.
