The Airframe Maintenance program prepares students for high-demand careers in the aviation industry, offering hands-on training with cutting-edge tools and technologies.
About This Certificate
Upon completing the certificate, students will be eligible to take the FAA General and Airframe certification examskey steps toward earning their FAA Airframe license and unlocking opportunities in aircraft maintenance and beyond.
What You Will Learn
After completion, students will be eligible to test for their FAA Part 147 Aviation Maintenance Technician license. This technical certificate will provide independent, statewide-developed certification and a stackable credential toward a two-year Associate of Applied Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technician. Credits earned in the certificate program(s) will meet requirements for existing Certificate and BS program requirements:
