Hip Hop Course

The Hip Hop course is an Afro-American dance style that trains the coordination of the body as well as the whole cardiovascular system with a lot of rhythm. In this course, students will dance to the latest hip hop beats, as well as occasionally to pop, house, or R'n'B. The course includes varied choreographies filled with fun and power, and a high level of technique is also taught.

Course Details

• A (Beginners): This course is for those who have no experience in hip hop. In addition to the choreography, basic knowledge of technique is taught. A longer warmup with basics, isolation, and strength exercises and stretching prepares for the following choreos.
• fA (Advanced Beginners): This course is for anyone who already has some basic knowledge. In addition to the choreography, basic knowledge of technique is taught and repeated. A longer warmup with basics, isolation, and strength exercises and stretching prepares for the following choreos.
