Overview
The Bachelor of Fine Arts is a comprehensive program designed to foster creativity, critical thinking, and technical skills in students. Course Structure
The Bachelor of Fine Arts requires the completion of 300 credit points, including:
- 100 credit points of Core units in Critical Practices
- A major in either Studio Practice or Theatre and Performance
- 100 credit points of Electives or an elective major, such as a major in Sustainability
Critical Practices Core
Students must complete 50 credit points at Introductory level and 50 credit points at Intermediate level. The units include:

Major
Students can choose to major in either Studio Practice or Theatre and Performance.
Studio Practices
The Studio Practices major allows students to develop their skills in a variety of studio areas, including:

- Photography
- Object and Furniture
- Sculpture and Time-based media Students must complete 25 credit points at Introductory level, 25 credit points at Intermediate level, and 50 credit points at Advanced level.
Theatre and Performance
The Theatre and Performance major provides students with the opportunity to develop their skills in theatre and performance, including:
- Performance Skills
- The Theatre Machine
- Playing Text
- Writing for Performance
- Experimental Production
- Global Media and Cybertheatres
- Directed Theatre Project Students must complete 25 credit points at Introductory level, 25 credit points at Intermediate level, and 50 credit points at Advanced level.
Entry Requirements
The entry requirements for the Bachelor of Fine Arts program vary depending on the student's background and qualifications.
Domestic Students
Domestic students can apply for the program through the Schools Recommendation Program (SRP) or by submitting an application based on their ATAR. The minimum ATAR required for the program is 51.65. Students must also have completed one of the following subjects:

International Students
