UniStart is a program designed to help new students get started at university by exploring what they need to know and introducing them to the support available to help them succeed.

UniStart introduces students to:

• Key processes, systems, and resources
• Essential support services
• Connections with their College, school, and/or course

Eligibility and Access

If you are a commencing student (January - May 2026), you will be able to access UniStart. This program is also suitable for students returning to study or beginning a new course who want to refresh their knowledge.

Program Content

UniStart will contain recordings of online Orientation sessions if you miss them live. It is recommended to take this program while preparing for your first study period.

Purpose of UniStart

The purpose of UniStart is to provide students with the necessary information and support to succeed at university. It is designed to help students navigate the university's systems, resources, and services, and to connect them with their College, school, and/or course.
