Integrative health has a rich global history and plays a crucial role in complementing traditional Western Medicine today. Pharmacists, as front-line healthcare providers, often face inquiries about the safety, efficacy, and usage of herbal supplements.


Module 1 Objectives From the Garden

  • List the Latin binomial names for plants and their importance
  • Differentiate between different types of plant families and major classes of phytochemicals
  • Evaluate appropriate gardening environment for herbs
  • Identify herbs that have medicinal properties

Module 2 Objectives - Whole Person Health
