The CU Denver Executive MBA is a mission-driven, student-focused program designed to deliver excellence. It actively seeks diversity, recruits faculty nationwide, and has a hybrid, flexible course structure that requires no career interruption.
Introduction
The program is designed for mid- to senior-level managers preparing for executive leadership. Ideal candidates are ambitious, collaborative, and inquisitive, with a demonstrated record of achievement and potential for further promotion.
Application Process
- There is no application fee.
- The program has a rolling admissions policy, and decisions are delivered via email within 7-10 days.
- Merit-based scholarships are awarded at the time an offer is made.
- Bunker scholarships may also be awarded to students from under-represented populations.
Admission Requirements
Candidates must meet with the Executive MBA team to discuss their motivation, experience, and future plans. The application checklist includes:

International Course and Trip
A 3-credit course offering students the opportunity to learn about global business through intensive classroom sessions and first-hand experiences abroad.
Hybrid Method of Instruction
The program's hybrid structure allows business leaders to get their MBA without interrupting their careers, with classes meeting on campus two weekends each term and virtual conferencing through Canvas and Zoom.
Program Faculty
The Executive MBA faculty are hand-selected to deliver a transformative learning experience, with a third from CU Denver and the rest from other universities or industry leaders.
